Williamston Wrestling Club
STATEMENT OF PHILOSOPHY
On March 10, 1981 a group of individuals interested in supporting and promoting a quality wrestling program, which would encompass all levels (elementary school, middle school, high school and freestyle) of participation in Williamston, formed a club now known as the "Williamston Wrestling Club".
The purpose of this club is to insure that any student in Williamston interested in participating in wrestling would have the proper insurance, equipment and facilities necessary to compete favorably with any other district.
The intent of this club is to promote, support, generate enthusiasm and raise funds to insure a quality wrestling program in Williamston above and beyond that support which is provided by the Williamston School District as part of their overall athletic program.
