Youth Wrestling

The WWC Kid’s Club provides instruction and competition options for wrestlers ages 4 and up.  During the winter folkstyle season, the club is open to all kids through middle school. You do not have to go to Williamston schools to be apart of the club, we are open to all kids in the area.  The focus is on instruction and competition in the MYWAY wrestling association  MMWA and are an affiliate of the Central Region.    

Wrestling instruction is provided in a safe and fun format! Club practices for grades 4 – 8 will be Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:30. Grades K – 2 will be Monday and Wednesday from 6:00-7:00. Angry Hornet Invite practice will be Wednesday’s from 7-8pm

Following the folkstyle season, the emphasis moves primarily to middle school through high school kids and the USA Wrestling Freestyle and Greco-Roman season.  These Olympic styles can qualify athletes for competition at the national and international levels. Coach Tracy Hubbard will run that and also have availability for 1 on 1 lessons.
