A diverse group of people meet once a month and discuss ways to support wrestling as a sport for all age children. This group consists of parents, coaches and many other people who love the sport and what it contributes to the growth of our youth. Membership is always open and we welcome new faces at any time.

The Williamston Wrestling Boosters have various fund-raisers throughout not only the regular season but throughout the year.  The Boosters are proud of the fact that they can provide equipment, uniforms and educational wrestling experiences for all those involved in the sport of wrestling in the community of Williamston.

As a club we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who help our organization. Every person, from monetary sponsors to those who support the program with time and efforts, are very much appreciated. Without monetary support and people willing to put time toward our goals we would not exist.

Executive Board

On March 10, 1981 a group of individuals interested in supporting and promoting a quality wrestling program, which would encompass all levels (elementary school, middle school, high school and freestyle) of participation in Williamston, formed a club now known as the “Williamston Wrestling Boosters”.

The purpose of this club is to insure that any student in Williamston interested in participating in wrestling would have the proper insurance, equipment and facilities necessary to compete favorably with any other district.

The intent of this club is to promote, support, generate enthusiasm and raise funds to insure a quality wrestling program in Williamston above and beyond that support which is provided by the Williamston School District as part of their overall athletic program.

The Williamston Wrestling Boosters are a 501(c)(3) public charity and contributions are tax-deductable. We are also licensed by the Attorney General to collect charitable solicitations in the State of Michigan.
